My views about Tips & Toes 12 Hour Liqui-Liner

The packaging looks just like Maybelline hyper glossy eyeliner, while tiny and very compact to fit in your makeup pouch. This makes it travel friendly as well. The design is quite sleek and adds a trendy look. The sponge applicator is the best about this eyeliner and gives a finish like felt tip that is nicely tapered and has a point to its end for precise application. The brush is quite firm that lets you use in a way you would want.

 The Liqui-Liner is waterproof that doesn’t smudge or bulge on the eyes. The sway power is of 8 hour and taking it off is also quite easy with any makeup remover. No irritation was observed in my eyes with this product.  Also the shade is superb jet black that I like the most.

 

Sonam Kapoor Makeup Breakdown

I had to be all prepared for my baby’s 1^st birthday and thus wanted to look the best that day. And for this I surfed hours to get the perfect makeup that would suit my beautiful deep royal blue and fuchsia sari bought from Indore. The saree is so beautiful that I didn’t want to leave anything makeup wise to flaunt it! 

So, finally I decided to steal the look of the diva “Sonam Kapoor”.  

Things that kept in mind were:

·         To be comfortable as it was my baby’s birthday and I had to hold her for all 4 hours

·         Messy hairstyle

·         Not too heavy makeup

·         Trendy popping makeup colours to suit the sari

·         Not too heavy jewellery- reason baby and also they doesn’t suit bold makeup

I picked up the look of “Sonam Kapoor” that I found on Google image search... Her makeup shades truly matched my sari colour with chic eyeliner, bright fuchsia lips, purplish fuchsia eye shadow and her peachy blush. I simply lOVVVEd it. It was just too-too perfect makeup for the event.

Golden glow makeup!

 It is a golden eye shadow look it is a bit like a rosy gold and is done with pink lips! This is a fresh type of look for NewYear.

EYES

·     Start with a primer use a lasting effect a shadow primer. Put on this primer to your eyelids by using a brush or your little finger apply it all over your eye area and pat it gently make sure that it goes up to your brows blend it underneath your eyes too.

·     Apply the primer who´s a bit shimmering!

To blend the eye shadows properly and not let them look separately use a same colour base under it as for this golden glow make up you must use a golden colour base.

·         After that apply a shimmering beige tone on your lid, up to your crease line, and soften the edges well by using all that glitters with a brush.

·         After setting up that apply a brown/golden shimmering tone in your crease line. Along the sides of your nose. 

·         Now to enhance your eyes use a darker brown eye shadow and then apply the eye shadow in your crease line, in the outer corner of your eyes, and to complete the eye look make a little wing at the end. Do not let the brown eye shadow go all the way down to your eyelashes. You just need to blend the color together with the beige shimmering one, so that you don’t find any hard edges. This makes your eyes look bigger and glow. After all this you may apply your eyeliner, and make a wing at the end. At the end apply your favorite mascara.

FACE

Now the turn comes of your face! As the name already tells you that the makeup is of golden glow then it would surely contain the gold color. Firstly you again have to apply the primer to avoid any patches to appear afterwards and also help your face glow. Then you may apply tour favorite foundation and blend it with a brush or fingers. Use a golden dust powder all over your cheeks to give a golden touch do not over do it! Just a touch of a brush would be enough. Now apply shimmering color rouge on your cheekbone note a bit on your chin and on the top of your lips!  Apply a light color shimmering lip gloss.

If you have enough time and planned in advance, you can do a mehndi designs on your hands to get that extra oomph! effect to your whole look.

Liquid eye liners tend to get smudged in few hours for the rubbing habit.  Thus, this time I choose to go with pen eyeliner that I think will be suitable for me.  Oriflame had just launched this marker like felt-tip eyeliner with the name “Stylo”. I decided to get two of them in the shade of black and blue for normal and poppy look respectively you can also get them in green and brown shade.

My view about Oriflame The ONE Eye Liner Stylo Review- Black & Blue:

This comes in a felt pen like packaging with the details written over them. You just need to take off the cap to get ready to apply eyeliner and flaunt your beautiful eyes. I choose this as I always mess with the liquid eyeliner brush. This is like felt pen that is narrow and sharp which is useful to get very neat line without much work. 

I have tried doing narrow and broad lines with this and trust me, it just came so perfect! Also this dries instantly and doesn’t smudge. The part I like about this eyeliner is they stay for really good time of 12 hours even after washing the face. Thus, I think this makes it a must have for any important occasion like weddings and receptions. You will need a makeup remover to take this off. But, the colours of this eyeliner are not too intense and dark. Also the diffrence between the shades is not very visible. The blue one is  sobre shade and not very funky that makes it ideal for even everyday use. This glides very easily and lets your hand get full control over it.
