My views about Oriflame The ONE Matte Lipstick Red Seduction:

This comes in a grey plastic case that is inside a cardboard box. The packaging is just too OK, nothing much to like about...also the colour is damn boring and also doesn’t have anything that will help you to indentify the colour without opening or looking at the shade name. But, the packaging is sturdy and its cap fits tightly making it very travel friendly.

Even though it’s from the Matte range, the formula is quite creamy and hydrates my lips. It’s very easy to glide on the lips and don’t melt. No tugging required for application and no patch is observed. I can call it- semi matte!

Talking about colour it’s very nicely pigmented, gives good coverage in 1swipe and also has very good stay time. No touch ups required till 4-5 hours for this shade. It leaves a very strong lip stain while fading when you snack or drink. The ONE Matte Lipstick Red Seduction Lipstick is one of my favourite from the entire range. It’s a sexy and pleasing red shade that will suit all skin tone. The shade instantly brightens the face even when you have no makeup on the face. I simply love it!

Sonam Kapoor Makeup Breakdown

I had to be all prepared for my baby’s 1^st birthday and thus wanted to look the best that day. And for this I surfed hours to get the perfect makeup that would suit my beautiful deep royal blue and fuchsia sari bought from Indore. The saree is so beautiful that I didn’t want to leave anything makeup wise to flaunt it! 

So, finally I decided to steal the look of the diva “Sonam Kapoor”.  

Things that kept in mind were:

·         To be comfortable as it was my baby’s birthday and I had to hold her for all 4 hours

·         Messy hairstyle

·         Not too heavy makeup

·         Trendy popping makeup colours to suit the sari

·         Not too heavy jewellery- reason baby and also they doesn’t suit bold makeup

I picked up the look of “Sonam Kapoor” that I found on Google image search... Her makeup shades truly matched my sari colour with chic eyeliner, bright fuchsia lips, purplish fuchsia eye shadow and her peachy blush. I simply lOVVVEd it. It was just too-too perfect makeup for the event.

You get the lipstick in sleek black colored plastic case that is very light and glossy. The chick is packing that I loved the most!

The sturdy bullet helps in precise application on lips. This glides really well on the lips for its smooth texture and hydration properties. This has ok pigmentation that looks like glossy lip balm with 1 stroke. The buildable coverage adds a plus point to this lipstick that can be used as per the occasion. They are feather-light and creamy on lips. This adds a glossy finish, but has low stay power of approx 3 hours.  This has fruity-floral smell with same flavour.

The shades aren’t too pigmented or rich. You will need 4-5 swipes over the lips to get the desired colour. It feels soft and also smooth on my lips on application. This glides very swiftly and you don’t have to apply pressure to do this.  This adds a final matte look and doesn’t dry the lips.

This Lipstick is available in grey purplish plastic tube that has a cardboard packaging.

 The lipstick has soft and creamy texture and also good lasting power of 6 hours. This has a strong smell. 

The shade Molten Mauve is nice dark mauve colour that looks like garnet shade. The shade is too dark and also intense that won’t suit all complexions.

this is a new packaging for the baby lips range from the brand Maybelline. the old baby lip packaging was good too, but the change is even better. this comes in black colour plastic twist up plastic tube that has transparent  cap.

the shade PINK SHOCK is awesome  hot pink and has  blue undertones. this gives  a light pink lipstick effect on lips on application that i totally love it. the texture is superb soft and glides very well on the lips. this doesn't feel sticky or bleed. this has a very mild berry
