Barbie Themed Nail Art

Hy all,

Just another nail tutorial inspired from by baby’s birthday theme (Barbie). The polka neon pink, white, black and baby pink balloons inspired me to do this nail art. Do leave your feedback below.

Shades used:

·         Oriflame The One Long Wear Nail Polish-Strawberry Cream: this is a real Barbie-pink nail shade. It has best quality brush and comes in lovely cute rounded transparent see through bottle. Just a single application gets will give enough colour. But, starts to chip in just 3-4 days. HERE

·         Golden Rose - Rich Color Black 35: this is a very classic, dark and shiny black polish. Just 1 coat gives awesome opacity. This dries very quickly and chips in 5-7 days.

My views about Oriflame The ONE Illuskin Blush-Pink Glow & Shimmer Rose:

These blushes are available in a very cute, simple purple coloured case that has a mirror inside. This has two strips: blush and highlighter. This case doesn’t has brush, but it’s quite travel friendly.  The blush is very finely milled and has silky texture. The satin finish doesn’t settle into pores. But, the highlighters are not very soft like blushes.

DIY Polka Dots Easter Nail Art

Happy Easter all!

Nail polish used:

·        Oriflame-Red Sky at Night

·        Oriflame- Strawberry Cream

I painted the nails with Strawberry Cream as a base coat. This Barbie-pink colour gives the best base to my entire nail art.

Did few polka dots, but in oval shape to add a look of egg with a toothpick. I have used Red Sky at Night as one of the shade, as its lovely coral orange-red to flaunt this spring. I have also added other colours like blue, yellow, pink and black. But, my whole idea was to keep the pastel shade into limelight.

My view about Oriflame The ONE Illuskin Blush- Luminous Peach:  

This comes in small purple case that has mirror inside.

 It has two strips that include blush and highlighter, but no brush. I like the packaging as it’s quite compact and a travel friendly at the same time. Oriflame The ONE Blush has a very fine and  silky satiny texture. They don’t settle in the pores to block them. The highlighter isn’t too soft like the blush.

The shade Luminous Peach has an awesome rosy coral coloured blush. This gives matte finish on application. The colour of the highlighter is beige-silver that has shimmer finely packed. 

Christmas Nail Art Idea with tutorial: Red And Green Gift Tie

Hello my lovely friends,

 Happy holidays and Merry Christmas! The winters are here and that surely remind us all of the Christmas. So, I thought of doing a quick nail art design inspired by this festival. Do leave your views about this tutorial.

I did this is in a real quick time, as I hardly get some time from my little angel. This is her first Christmas and I am busy planning for the celebration. Will surely share that with all of you.

I tried to keep this manicure really simple and easy so that even the very beginner can do it.  So I decide to get inspired by the classic Christmas gift wrapping designs with red and green colour. 

On the fingers I have applied Nail Trend Nail Enamel by Reliance in shade 702 with the green stripes using a toothpick. Revlon Matte Suede Emerald City On the index finger and strips using the red nail paint. This adds a classic gift tie style look with the red and green.

This is really simple and looks cute at the same time!

My view about L’Oreal Paris Lucent Magique Blush Of Light Glow Palette Sunset Glow – 04:

This has a super elegant and cute packaging with mirror finish. It comes in a compact plastic case with mirror and application brush inside. The texture of the blush shades was very good. You just need one swipe to get the color.  The shade in centre is little powdery, while the darker is not very pigmented. All the shades are build-able. But they need brush for application and can’t be applied with fingers to get the color.
