You get this cream in a metallic green tube that has a tiny black cap. The cream has a strong yet very sweet lingering smell that I love the most. The texture is quite thick and also greasy that needs a massage after application. Don’t apply on the face if you have acne prone or oily skin.

Today I have a review on an ayurvedic body relaxing massage oil. I trust kama ayurveda for its 100% natural ingredients without any parabens.  I have also used their other face and care products

 I actually needed this oil after my pregnancy period to regain the energy and rejuvenate my body.  

Product Description of Kama Ayurveda’s Sugandhadi Rejuvenating Body Treatment Ayurvedic Oil:

A 100% natural herbal relaxing oil. This product is prescribed in the Ayurveda texts to alleviate stress, exhaustion and tension from overwork.

Rejuvenating Body Treatment is a blend of naturally grown herbal ingredients processed in whey and sesame oil. Jelly leaf helps remove fatigue and alleviate muscle ache and pain, while winter cherry helps ease stress, build muscle and tone skin.

It is also gentle enough to be used on children as a muscle tone and to revitalize the nervous system.

Although not necessary, we recommend heating the oil beforehand. To heat, simply immerse in warm water in the sink for a couple of minutes. Massage gently all over the body. The hot temperature stimulates circulation bringing blood towards the skin surface, opening up the glands so they can drink the nourishing oil. Kama Foot Cream with pure essential oils of lemon, verbena and cedar wood comes in a nice tube that has cardboard cover over it. The colour of the tube is just like any other “Kama” product- Olive green. The packaging is also very descent and gives a feeling of genuine product. The consistency of the cream is awesome that is just perfect – neither too runny nr thick. The colour of the cream is white and the texture helps it to spread very easily. This ensures that it’s easy to apply and gets soaked onto the skin very instantly. It doesn’t leave any white cast behind or greasy skin. This is made of 100% Organic Cold Pressed Sweet Almond Oil & Cold Press Organic Coconut Oil, nutrient-rich with  fiber,  Vitamin A , E and minerals. These ingredients have actually helped me to get rid of dryness on the feet. This is effective to remove dead skin cells and has increased my skin’s elasticity which healed cracked heals. This also has Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Kokum Butter that is useful to soften the dry, rough heels and even callous skin.
