OOTD: Summer Slit Kurta Ft Jabong

With summer and scorching heat, it’s often much confusion for me to decide on the formal or evening outfits. I hate something that’s too jazzy or uncomfortable for a dinner party or formals, especially during summers. Also I’m kinda obsessed with Indo-Western style these days.

Thus, what better could it be than adding a long slit kurta to my summer wardrobe?

Lavender Printed Kurta is from the brand “LIBAS” and I bought this via Jabong Mobile App. Online shopping apps makes the shopping experience even more hassle free and instant.  This shopping website has awesome SS'16 collection to its summer store.

I really loved the print, lavender-black shade and the rayon fabric of this long kurti. Very comfortable to flaunt in summers for all your evening occasions. While the slits are in trend, the bold print enhances the dress even more to look quite stylish.

This Indo-Western front slit kurta can be paired either with a palazzo, jeggings, jeans or leggings. I preferred to wear this with basic black jeans for the western touch to this ethnic kurti.

This kurta itself is a statement and doesn’t need any accessories, but for a more dramatic effect I wore an ethnic silver neckpiece, silver ring and ethnic wedges to complete the look.

Not to forget my beige snake printed sling bag, Smokey eyes and lavender nail paint to balance the look!!
