The Quest for Beauty is one of my passions,
but Beauty isn’t just about personal appearances, it also covers the beauty
that can be found in the world in terms of music, film, literature, art and
even technology. That’s why I was
excited to be invited to INK2014 Conference. The Conference is from 31st Oct to
2nd Nov at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. The theme of the conference is
going Beyond Boundaries.
The conference brings together the best in
the arts, business and technology and is a celebration of innovation,
creativity and great ideas. The session
I most look forward to at INK2014 is Travelers Tales. In this Session, my personal picks are:
David Rowan, Editor, WIRED UK magazine
Rowan is
not only the editor of one of the biggest magazine’s in Technology but also writes the monthly “Digital Life” column in GQ magazine, and the
"Tech Traveller" column in Condé Nast Traveller. I would love to hear
his insights on how to tech has made Travel more enjoyable and whether he is
able to disconnect on his travels.
Kenneth Sebastian, Stand-up comedian,
Musician
Sebastian has performed with great comedians like Vir Das, Phil Nichol
(UK), Scott Capurro (UK), Raj Sharma (US, HBO), Imran Yusuf (UK), Tanmay Bhat
and many more. He has travelled and
performed over 300 shows and made people laugh at every one. His focus has
currently shifted to Improvisation where his quick wits as a comedian are put
to the test!
Shravani
Hagargi, Social Entrepreneur
Hagargi is the co-founder of Safe Hands 24x7, an
innovative venture employing women security guards so as to provide women with
the ability to become financially dependent and also provide top-notch
services. It would great to
discover her inspirations and what drives in the fight for gender equality.
I am also looking forward to the DELL Session on How to Create Your
Brand on Social Media on the 1st between 3 and 4pm. Would be
great to get more social with my blog and my brand!
